Welcome to our blog which shares the learning and celebrates the successes of our amazing Year 5 and 6 learners in Room 10 from 2014-2016. We are part of the Manaiakalani cluster in Panmure, Auckland, and have taken huge pleasure in sharing our digital learning journey over this time. Kia ora!

Hi Don, thanks for watching our song. Yes some of us do and some of us don't know all of the words. We will all know all of the words soon. From all of Room 10.
Hi room 10 I really like your Tongan Christmas song. I really like to sing this song on Christmas at our church. Do all of you guys understand the words in the song?
Hi Mika! Yes, we do understand the Tongan (and Samoan) words. We have practised singing them too. Soon we will know the words without looking at the lyrics.
Hi Don! I really like listening to Room 10's version of "We wish you a Merry Christmas" but my favourite Christmas song is sung mostly in Spanish ... that's right "Feliz Navidad".
Hi room 10 I enjoyed reading the lyrics to we wish you a merry Xmas in Samoan and Tongan . Where did your class get the lyrics from?
ReplyDeleteSylvia's sister, Akanesi, wrote out the Tongan lyrics for us. Mrs Buchanan found the Samoan lyrics on the internet.
